Sample submission made simple:
- Download, print, and complete your chosen Sample Submission Form.
- Package the sample with the completed form form (see our packaging guidelines).
- “Add to Cart”, enter your collection details, and checkout.
Your pickup is on its way
You will be invoiced once your sample has been processed and your report has been generated.
- Sampling materials (swabs, containers, vials are available at no extra charge if returned for testing at the WDL)
- If a required test is not listed, please contact us. The service may be available through our reference laboratories.
- Request your collection before 14:00 for same-day pickup; Requests made after 14:00 are collected the next day.
