Submit your sample to Wemmershoek Diagnostic Laboratory by following these simple steps:
- Download, print, and complete your chosen Sample Submission Form.
- Package the sample together with the completed Sample Submission Form (see our packaging guidelines).
- Select “Add to Cart”, provide the collection details, and place your order.
- Wait for your collection.
Once your sample has been processed and your report has been generated, you will be invoiced accordingly.
- Sampling materials (sterile swabs, containers or vials, are available at no extra charge if returned for testing at our facility.
- If a required test is not listed, please contact us. The service may be available through our reference laboratories.
- Request your collection before 14:00 for same-day pickup; Requests made after 14:00 are collected the next day.
